Get ready for your visit…
Create an account and complete a waiver
Available on our online customer portal
Anyone under 18 will need their parent/guardian to create an account and sign a waiver online for their child
What to bring
Comfortable/fitness clothes
At least two people
Climbing shoes are required (but can be hired at the venue)
Climbers under 13 will not be able to belay (hold the ropes for others) - you will need another person 13 or over to hold the ropes for you
No need to book
If you are coming with a few people, you can come in anytime during opening hours (but at least 1.5 hours before close)
Group bookings are available for schools, scouts, birthday parties and corporate groups during or outside of operating hours.

Our staff will welcome you and get your gear ready
Complete an induction
Our instructors will take you through a safety briefing where you will learn everything you need to know for your visit
Final tick
After your induction, you will be ready to go and have fun!
